3. Authenticity and Misuse
To maintain trust:
- • Use your real name and identity. Fake or duplicate accounts are prohibited.
- • Don't spam, advertise unrelated products, or manipulate rankings/feeds.
- • Don't use Moments for deceptive, exploitative, or commercial purposes outside approved business partnerships.
- • AI-generated or altered content must be disclosed if it could mislead users.
4. Content Rules
You're responsible for everything you post on Moments, including text, photos, and links.
Content must not:
- • Contain nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive behavior.
- • Depict drugs, alcohol, or weapons irresponsibly.

- • Contain misinformation, deepfakes, or harmful AI use.

Moments facilitates in-person social opportunities. You agree that:
- • You are responsible for your own safety when meeting others.
- • You must not use the app to stalk, follow, or pressure anyone.
- • Always meet in public places for initial meetups.
- • Moments is not liable for what occurs during real-world interactions between users.
We encourage using our in-app features — verified spots, check-ins, and safety prompts — to make meetings safer.
6. Privacy and Data
- • Do not record or share private conversations or interactions without consent.
- • Respect others' data and location privacy.
